Hannes van Rensburg

Hannes van Rensburg

Hannes is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience with starting and running companies within the enterprise technology industry. He is the founder of Fundamo, a mobile financial services company, which was acquired by Visa in 2011 for $110 Million. Hannes also co-founded the SA technology company, Infomet, which was acquired by IBM.

Herman Singh

Herman Singh

Herman has a diverse background ranging from engineering and business management to financial services and the use of technology to deliver competitive advantage. At present, he heads-up m-pesa South Africa at Vodacom.

 

Neil Hinrichsen

Neil Hinrichsen

Neil co-founded and helped build two successful IT companies, namely Realtime and Fundamo. The first was acquired by Datatec in 1997 and the second by Visa in 2011. Neil’s interest include ecology and he played an early role in the work that led to the Garden Route being legislated as a protected area. Neil currently runs KoiStrategy – a consultancy practice that specialises in start-ups and entrepreneurship.

Penny Langton

Penny Langton

Penny has been in the retail industry for about 20 years and have worked clients such as Metro, PnP, Edgars, Teljoy, Foschini, Incredible Connection, Makro, Game and Dion Wired. Penny currently works at UCS Solutions where she specialises in retail Point of Sale (POS) and card switching.

Rob de Vries

Rob de Vries

Rob has a long history in the Municipal and Government sector and especially with its relationship with the retail and banking industry. He was instrumental in establishing and rolling out third party payments for Pick ‘n Pay back in the early 90’s and has a unique quality in matching business requirements with affordable technical solutions. Rob is currently a marketing and sales executive at Ecentric Payment Systems.
